Payment and delivery terms
The online store accepts orders 24 hours a day. Orders are processed on business days. Orders can be placed using the form available on the website. Before placing an order, the Buyer should carefully check the product name, manufacturer, volume and other relevant characteristics of the goods.
After placing an order, the Buyer receives an electronic confirmation. If any details need to be clarified, the Administration may contact the Buyer.
Payment methods
Payments in the store are processed through the secure electronic payment system PayU, which enables:
- fast online bank transfers;
- payment cards (VISA, Mastercard);
- BLIK payments.
Payment is made when the order is placed. Failure to pay may result in the order being cancelled. The store does not store payment card details – they are processed exclusively by the payment operator PayU.
Delivery methods and costs
Delivery is carried out within the Republic of Poland by courier companies cooperating with the store. Order processing usually takes 1 to 5 business days from the moment the payment is received.
Available delivery methods:
- Courier delivery to the specified address.
- Delivery to a pickup point or parcel locker.
Delivery costs are shown to the Buyer while placing the order, before its final confirmation. The store does not charge any hidden delivery fees.
Withdrawal from the contract and returns
A Buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable law and the store’s Terms and Conditions.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to cosmetic products delivered in sealed packaging if the packaging has been opened after delivery, for reasons of health protection or hygiene.
Only unused, unopened products with an intact seal or hygiene protection, in their original packaging, may be returned.
The Buyer bears the direct cost of returning the goods in the event of withdrawal from the contract. The store refunds all payments made by the Buyer, including the cost of the cheapest delivery method offered, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which the statement of withdrawal is received.
The Buyer’s right to file a complaint applies independently of the right of withdrawal, in particular if the goods do not conform to the contract or the product is damaged.
